This is awesome, excellent job dude.
Just one question Can you do a version in which the ex version is the default one?

Is there a way I can change the files to swap the colors so the purplish one is the Default and the cyan one is EX? I don't mind doing work if I have an idea of where to start.

MDF2 files are the MDF files. Okay, i tried doing that and well... let's just say that method sometimes doesn't work When you get this, it means that the mdf file you just deleted had different number of materials in it than the default, unedited mdf file. Or that the model has a custom file path for it's textures (or differently named textures, than the original ones), so the default mdf file cannot load them.
