Unlocks and improves camera controls for all figures in Nico's Reports
This mod is similar to my Enhanced Model Viewer mod for RE8, and I may make some similar addons to what it has for animated figures in Nico's Reports later, like this:

The main thing the mod does is enable unlimited zoom, rotation and camera movement in the gallery, so you can clip the camera into the character's face or zoom it out til they're a speck.
The controls are made a little slower and more precise as well, though there's little I can do about the viewer's terrible keyboard+mouse controls. Using a controller is much better, but still pretty clumsy.
It also removes the HUD from the figure viewer, so remember what the buttons are.
I couldn't get the figures to appear upside-down, they always flip back up when you move the camera above or below them.
One great thing about the model viewer is that it refreshes the contents of a figure when you look at that figure again. That means that if you are making a mod of Dante, you can swap out Dante's mesh file in the natives folder of your game directory while the game is running (just minimized to taskbar), and the swap will show up in-game just by you re-opening Dante's figure. Combined with animated figures, you can quickly test the rigging of your model mod by seeing how they perform the animation. It is very useful as a modding tool not only for that but for the ability to quickly take nice, up-close screenshots of your mods with a clean black background from any angle as you work on those mods.
The base mod changes 82 SCN files for 82 different figures. I used RE_RSZ template with its changeValues.1sc script to do most of it automatically.
