First of all, when importing, check the "advanced options" and "import skin". Second of all when exporting don't control+a and export, cause 3ds and script can't export certain objects, like bones and certain geometry. So select only the meshes you have changed.

Thank you for the reply, oh yeah btw is there any post that lead a guide about exporting mesh? is it the same as re5? is there anything should i change like changing the weight tool or something that i can't export.

Because i still got that error with my custom Mesh (Not the original btw) is it something wrong with my model? because i import it from .obj and when i try to export it as model i got the same error

Make sure you gave it a skin modifier with proper rigging and renamed your mesh, as you can't insert new meshes, only change or replace them. So take one of the meshes, copy the name, hide it, select your new mesh and paste in the name. Also only editable mesh and skin can be exported, other modifiers like editable poly can't be exported.

So now i get error "Mesh TVertex index out of range 1", is that mean i should do the rigging right?
