So editing Vergil's Dt bar didn't work at that location, but it did in the dlc folder
DmC Devil may Cry\DevilGame\Published\Content\DLCVergilsDownfall\DevilUi.ini
By editing this one, it will reset all your previous work but to avoid that just make the same changes in both DevilUI (the one in DLC folder, and the one in My documents) and set to read only for the one in My documents.
